TIXOXO Art Club Subscription Policy

Thank you for joining the TIXOXO Art Club! This subscription was created to make collecting my artwork fun, accessible, and something you can look forward to each month.

By subscribing to the TIXOXO Art Club, you agree to the following terms.

What's Included

Each monthly Art Club package may include a selection of exclusive items such as:

• Art prints

• Individual stickers

• Handwritten notes

• Exclusive surprises

• Limited-edition artwork and collectibles

Contents may vary from month to month and are subject to change.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until your subscription is cancelled.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal on the tixoxo print club page or by contacting me at tixoxostudio@gmail.com.

Cancellations made after a renewal payment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Refunds

Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of Art Club items, subscription payments are non-refundable once a payment has been processed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Missed deadlines for cancellation

• Failure to update shipping information

• Failure to claim or collect a delivered package

If your Art Club package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping

Art Club packages are shipped monthly. Shipping dates may vary depending on production schedules, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond my control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect addresses may be the responsibility of the subscriber.

Exclusive Content

Some items, designs, and artwork included in the TIXOXO Art Club may be exclusive to subscribers and may not be available for purchase elsewhere.

However, I reserve the right to release similar or related products in the future.

Changes to the Subscription

I reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, package contents, shipping schedules, or other aspects of the Art Club at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes whenever possible.
