All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Some products sold through TIXOXO Art Shop are produced and shipped by trusted third-party print-on-demand partners. These items are made specifically for each order and may ship separately from other products purchased through the shop.

Production and shipping times for print-on-demand products may vary from those of in-stock items. While I carefully select production partners to ensure quality, TIXOXO Art Shop is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond the control of my fulfillment partners.

If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can work with the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TIXOXO Art Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, lost packages, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of artwork, limited-edition items, and made-to-order products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at my discretion.

All artwork, designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, logos, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of TIXOXO Art Shop and are protected by copyright laws.
